No. As I recall from taking a debate class once before - it is quite intimidating a task. But it looks like Crandall has gotten us on a mission to attack...so we should do just fine! We are all going to be experts on our topics...and well...it is interesting to see how this event turns out. It's a good thing that as students, we can all remain objective to the schoolastic experience! I believe this will be a good opportunity to overcome the fear of public speech. It's sort of awsome! Get lots of sleep and no sex prior to class. hahaha!
No. I have never taken a speech class. I don't really know what to expect when we have the debate. I am just going to get up in front of the class, and say what I have learned and what I feel about the subject...I don't know if my fear will vanish...but I will do the best I can.
