On Saturday, we are only watching the movie right? Are we going to discuss it,or save that for next week? I wonder since it's Spring Break,and people are traveling that many people are going to be there on Saturday. I hope I am there on Saturday...
After looking at the schedule for Mt. Sac, I did't see any spring break. I believe our class goes straight through. I went to class on Saturday and most of all the class was there. The movie was great in that, I was able to see how the movie was made from the novel "Heart of Darkness", it just was in a different time period set in Vietnam.
my opinion.....not having a spring break this semester really sucked. i always look forward to that time to take a trip to the lake or something and due to schedule changes mt. sac made i did not get that oppurtunity. well at least one of my professors gave us the week off...i won't say who, but that was a kind gesture.
another thing.... i think after taking this saturday class i might reconsider before i take a saturday class agin. i would not recommend it to anyone. the hours suck, especially for someone who can't sit still or pay attention for that long period of time. also, you don't get the saturdays off on holiday weekends either so if you have plans to go out of town for the holiday weekend....think again.

I agree with you, i think the class will be empty. Spring breack is a big deal for young people.
if you go and i go at least there will be two people. because i can not afford any extra expences at this moment.
