Outlines
I really do believe that outlines are effective tools in writing essays. In the past, I thought of outlines as energy unnecessarily expended. I've come to find out that they are extremely useful in writing effective essays. I recommend to everyone that they use this helpful tool in writing their up coming research paper.

Im going to write an outline. I think it will help guide on which paragraphs should go next in my paper to make it flow.
I definitely agree...before I would find outlines to be very time consuming and a waste of time..but now I have come to realize that by writing an outline I am better able to organize my thoughts and write a nice thorough paper.
I think they're particularly useful for research projects and longer works, myself. I find it pretty hard to do research well without organizing the questions and the results somehow, and an outline has come to seem like the most natural system.
Does anyone have any other forms they use?
I did not realize how helpful layouts were. I started to write my paper, I got a few pages into it and lost my focus. Talking with a gentleman I work with, we came up with a final layout. This helped me re-gain my focus and easly complete my paper.
