Good. These are the relevant questions. You want the time released if that is possible and reasonably verifiable. But don't bother watching those counters that say, "Last modified on & DATE." If the author comes on and changes a word or just opens the file and messes with it a little and leaves it like it was, the JavaScript counter updates the date.
